In My Mailbox #29

In My Mailbox is a great meme from The Story Siren.  If you'd like to take part, visit The Story Siren's IMM page for further details.

This week I thought I'd only have a couple of books to show you, but about an hour ago the postman knocked and handed me a huge stack of 7 parcels!  OMG now I have a MEGA book haul to show you *grinning from ear to ear like a crazy girl*.

These three were from The Works (a UK bookstore) and were a bargain at £5 for 3!  How could I resist?
Could it be Magic? by Melanie Rose
Down to Earth by Melanie Rose

This lovely haul were sent to me from Chicken House Publishing.  Thank you so much Claire!  I am so excited for all of these and actually happy danced when they arrived.
Numbers 3 - Infinity by Rachel Ward
Rockoholic by C.J. Skuse
Reckless by Cornelia Funke

These three are all Kindle books I received for review or bought this week.
Tikmia by F.H. Faizal (already read and reviewed.)
Slumber by Samantha Young (received for review - thank you!)
Hollowland by Amanda Hocking

This one was received for review from the author for me and my son who is 4 1/2 yrs old.  He was so excited to receive his own book for review just like mummy, you wouldn't believe!  We have read it once and I've noted down his reactions, but I want to read it again a couple of times with him before I write my final review.

Yeah, I know I'm a bit early as my son is only 4 1/2, but I won this in a Twitter competition that I didn't actually realise I'd entered LOL.  It will certainly come in handy in a couple of years though.  I will be prepared in plenty of time for those tween years.

The Poison Diaries by Maryrose Wood and The Duchess of Northumberland
I won this one in a FaceBook competition on The Poison Diaries FB page.  The cover looks blue on the computer monitor but it is definitely green in real life, and totally gorgeous with the beautiful gold embossing!

Enchanted Glass by Diana Wynne Jones
Blook Red Road by Moira Young

Tighter by Adele Griffin
An Eye for An Eye by Malorie Blackman (Noughts & Crosses Series #1.5)
The Ghost and the Goth by Stacey Kade

Mistwood by Leah Cypess
The Shifter by Janice Hardy

So that's my mega huge mailbox this week.  I'm really not expecting anymore books in the next few weeks ... What did you get in your mailbox this week?

Wow, that mailbox really is gigantic and I have to admit I haven't read a single one of those books. I have Cornelia Funke's Reckless, with another cover, but I haven't read it yet.
